Draskyl: "Have your admins enforce the rules"

Draskyl talks about NA Dota, Dota 2 strategies and possible improvements to the fan and caster experience.

North American Dota 2 caster Draskyl stated that enforcing tournament rules is a good way to improve overall fan experience. In an interview with ECAL, he lists this as one option alongside reducing standin frequency and players sticking to their timetables:

I think the easiest thing to change is to have your admins actually enforce your rules. We've seen the outbursts of community fans of specific teams when someone gets disqualified from something, but in all honesty this is the way forward.

Whether or not Draskyl was referring explicitely to GosuLeague's decision of not allowing Moscow 5 to play game 1 against NEXT.kz, remains unclear.

EG and Quantic his favorites for ECAL victory

Concerning the North American Dota 2 scene, Draskyl mentions Quantic and Evil Geniuses as probably the strongest teams in the ECAL Americas tournament. Although compLexity is participating in the tournament, they were not considered by Draskyl. However, Draskyl points out the recent strength of Potm Bottom:

For a dark horse I'd mention that Potm Botm is probably on the top of the list, they're very good individually skilled players and have the time to dedicate to get themselves on the world stage. I've seen the play (and casted to boot) multiple times, and I've not seen many mistakes by them at all. They run a different style of aggression typically, opting for global style strategies with Furion if possible, AA and Invoker. I'm really looking forward to seeing what this team can bring to the table in the future.
