The lower bracket final to determine the team to battle Na'Vi in the Defense kicks off tonight at 20:00 CET. The clash between Evil Geniuses and Quantic Gaming is a Danish and an American story with old team mates will face eachother in the middle line of the warfield.
- "EG might be our biggest rivals now, not only are they Danes and former team mates - but we both have American sponsors in common now," says Quantic Gaming's Martin "Angel" Olson to GosuGamers. He added, "I can assure you, that it will be one hell of a fight tonight! We are looking for revenge, after the last showdown we had - this time is ours."
Evil Geniuses was the team that knocked Quantic out of the upper bracket of The Defense with a two to nothing score. And while Quantic were able to go through Western Wolves and Absolute Legends to reach the consolation final, Evil Geniuses suffered a hard 0-2 loss to Na'Vi last weekend.

The Blues have six players in their roster, and it remains to be seen which they bring to the table. In a recent interview on the team's own website, EG's Rasmus "MiSeRy" Filipsen talks about the rivalry between EG and Quantic and his predictions for the consolation final.
- "I don’t really know what they have prepared, but I know they are practicing a lot, probably more than we are, so they are definitely ready for this match, as they recently beat aL to get there," says MiSeRy. He added, "We might see something interesting, but I can’t say for sure. We have been practicing a few “new” heroes, but it all comes down to when we are doing the draft, whether the hero fits the lineup or not. I think all heroes are usable in competitive play, its just about finding the right lineups."
