We are going to witness one of the most epic playdays of the last months. TPL, DRB and The Defense will clash to give us a Sunday to remember.
After months of competence we are finally reaching the final stages of the tournaments. The war will start during midday and will last until midnight. Clear your schedule boys and girls, things will get nasty! We will have four match-ups that will not go unnoticed.
TPL:

aL's chance for a vendetta. They were kicked out of The Defense by Quantic but the Australians want more blood and they certainly have the skill to get it if they play as good as they did in the first game against them. It will not be a common bo2 for TPL and I'm quite sure that both EG and Na'Vi will take a look at the match-up to know what to expect from the Danes, who are waiting for one of them in the LB's final of The Defense.
You should watch them fighting at 12:30 CET. We can safely expect some crazy strategies.
TPL:

One of the most anticipated games by the entire community. coL, who came from nowhere and climbed to the very top of the scene (and Gosu Ranks!) faces Na'Vi, the most dominant team in Dota 2 from the get go at The International. It's not a final or a playoffs match but it is more than a bo2 for the community. Na'Vi and coL can be considered the top2 teams of the scene at the moment.
It will be interesting to see if coL can handle the Ukrainian's aggressiveness in the early game, when they are in their weakest time. I'm looking forward to a draw since Na'Vi will most likely win the first game and coL could be able to adapt to their playstyle, something they often do, but this can go either way.
You will regret yourself if you don't tune TPL's stream with our own Purge co-casting with Luminous at 17:00 CET.
The Defense:

We will have our finest European clash, our "Clasico" at 19:00. The rivalry between these two dates back to DotA's last breaths in the European scene, when the series between MYM and Na'Vi were the main event that broke records of viewers and downloads every time. Their rosters are not exactly the same and it's a different game but it doesn't matter: the rivalry is there.
They rolled over their opponents in the first round of this playoffs even tho they were aL and Quantic, both top teams. But how will they do when they are face to face once again? Which EG player will stay out? What team will pick Chen?!
The last time they fought EG came victorious in a hell of a game that marked the second group-stage. But both teams grew a lot ever since and this means more that a bo3, even more than The Defense itself: honor is at stake here ladies and gentlemen, and these teams can sell their soul for it. So be damn sure to be online at 19:00 CET to watch them. In the mean time, you can read our preview here.
Dota2Replays Brawl:

One of the most important match-ups for both teams. mouz is currently wounded by his defeat at The Defense where Trixi couldn't play because he was ill but he is healthy once again: there are no more excuses and mouz wants to rise his name by achieving his first online tournament. SexyBamboe's addition was good for them and their general gameplay improved a lot... but is it good enough?
CLG needs this tournament too. They couldn't participate in The Defense and they were beated badly in Infused Cup. Their performance in TPL is so far so good but they still need to prove themselves in a tournament by defeating a big name. Taking DRB's gold after defeating coL is their dream and it will prove that they were not sponsored just because Loda is really cute. The Swedes have an amazing roster with their individuals playing better than ever (Miracle and PJ are bringing their best to the table) but they need translate this performances in results.
This could be either a massacre or a slaughter. How they manage their nerves and their draft will determine which one. Let's find out at 21:00 CET.
Gather your friends, grab popcorn and enjoy this Sunday, one that Dota 2 will remember.
