The final pages of the Skynet Tournament are about to be written, as Dignitas and Panzer face off in the grand finals best of three series taking place on Thursday Febuary 2 at 20:30 CET.
Dignitas is coming from the upper bracket in this tournament after winning over teams as LowLandLions and True Brilliance in the earlier rounds. The Romanian-based team also won against PANZER in the upper bracket final, thus sending the Germans to the lower bracket.
Moreover, Dignitas with their last week's third place positioning in the Infused Cup, they took scalps of not only Panzer , but also Na'Vi and WesternWolves. They eventually went down to the finalists Absolute Legends and fire. All in all, the Romanians seem to be in a good form, but they are prone to be unstable in their game play, something which was shown in their games with the latter mentioned teams.
On the other hand, PANZER dropped to the lower bracket final only to rise again by going out victorious over Epidemic in the best of three decider series. The "Panzers" are not on top of their game right now as they failed to secure a good placing in Infused Cup, but are always unpredictable as seen beating teams like Na'Vi and mTw inthe past.
Both teams have their own unique style, as Dignitas many times chooses to run Rikimaru or even Sniper as their hard carry, we even witnessed them run a Shadow Fiend dual lane, while Panzer are known to be experimenting with their picks, seeing Krobelus, Dark Seer, Tinker getting thrown in to the mix.
In what promises to be a spectacular final series, the teams log in to face off in the grand final on February 2 at 20:30 CET. The match will be streamed by DotaCinema.
