- "We still make some mistakes along the way, and we're trying to work them out," says Troels "syndereN" Nielsen when mymTw.com interviews its own Dota 2 team captain about the recent success in The Defense.Top finish in The Defense. 5 victories in a row that included victories against MeetYourMakers, SK-Gaming, Problem, Global Domination Time and a default win over root. Still the Danish captain feel they have things to work out.
- "We still make some mistakes along the way, and we're trying to work them out," says syndereN. He added, "without going too much into detail, we tend to end up with at least a few unneccesary deaths from a little overconfidence or overextension, and we could stick to our game plans a little bit better as well. It should all fall in to place during the next time if we keep our practice and performance in matches up."
The Scandinavian squad will now enter the second group stage, where they might bump into even higher ranked competitions, such as Natus Vincere, Evil Geniuses, Dignitas and FnaticMSI. The mTw skipper admits it will be a hard battle and that they will have to bring their A-game else there will be an uphill battle.
- "There's many strong teams, and the competition is growing by the minute. There are favourites as always, but no team is safe. If you don't perform, you lose. There's not much room for mistakes," says syndereN.
