What to watch in MLBB this week

MLBB continues to give us tons to watch over a weekend, and this week is no different, with even more MPL action from across the globe.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has seen an extremely busy few weeks already, but things are far from quiet for the game this coming weekend, as we have another round of MPL from many different regions. Not only is the Mobile Legends Professional League continuing with Regular Season action in some regions, but there is also the beginning of Singapore’s, as well as the culmination of Latin America’s, giving us an exciting series to witness and a qualifier to the Esports World Cup’s Mid Season Cup 2024.

MPL LATAM

AfterRRQ Akira blasted through Group A, and Entity7 took over Group B during the Regular Season, MPL Latin America is heading towards a stunning grand final on May 5th – with the two teams facing off against one another. The two teams will be fighting for a spot in the main event of MSC 2024, with the losing squad still making it through to the Wild Card Tournament. In a best-of-seven series, the championship will be decided this weekend, and that will be our main focus.

MPL Philippines

With its Regular Season coming to an end this weekend, MPL PH is still deserving of a lot of focus. While most of the Playoff stage teams decided, there is still a battle for the final spot, as Blacklist International and Omega Esports both have a chance to make it through – with one of the teams, unfortunately, being eliminated from the tournament. Although the teams do not play against one another, they will both need to win their two final series, and it seems as though both teams have a good chance of doing so.

MPL Indonesia

Things are beginning to get quite spicy over in Indonesia, where three weeks remain of the Regular Season, and some teams that we thought were down and out, have suddenly upped their game. RRQ Hoshi went from struggling at the bottom, all the way up to fourth place in just one weekend, while Bigetron Alpha continued their winning ways.

MPL Singapore

While many other MPL tournaments are well underway, or even reaching their end, Singapore is about to begin its Regular Season this coming weekend. With only four weeks of action, and two days of series per weekend, SG will be heading into playoffs in no time – and there is a chance we see some new teams at the top too.

MPL Malaysia

Last but certainly not least, Malaysia enters its penultimate weekend of action, with Red Giants Esports looking to complete the perfect season. With six flawless victories so far, the team is three games away from going unbeaten through the Regular Season – but the upcoming Week 5 offers them a few challenges.

There is definitely no shortage of MLBB action coming our way this weekend, and as we build up to the amazing MSC 2024, you can be sure that the teams will be pulling out all the stops to get to the top. Stay tuned to our MLBB channels for all the information on your favourite MPL region and the upcoming MSC 2024.
