A dominant year for Chovy and Gen.G
Chovy and Gen.G enjoyed a commanding 2025 season, even if they fell short of reaching the Grand Final at the League of Legends World Championship. Renowned for his near-flawless mechanics and consistency, Chovy remained the backbone of Gen.G’s year-long campaign.
With Chovy in mid, Gen.G finished second at the LCK Cup 2025, secured titles at the Mid-Season Invitational 2025 and the Esports World Cup 2025, and claimed the LCK 2025 championship. They also placed 3rd–4th at Worlds 2025.
Individually, Chovy collected LCK 2025 MVP, MSI 2025 Finals MVP, and earned a spot in all four LCK First All-Pro Team selections this year. He also previously won Player of the Year at the League Awards 2025.
