LMQ iBuyPower to Part Ways with Sharon

LMQ iBuyPower, the current first place North American LCS team, will part ways with their manager, Xiaowei "Sharon" Li.

LMQ iBuyPower's recent Facebook post revealed that LMQ iBuyPower would be leaving their manager, Xiaowei "Sharon" Li and agents in the United States, Lolclass.com. The post thanked Sharon and LolClass for their assistance and hard work so far, but ultimately cited disagreements between Sharon and ownership, stating that conflicts distracted the team from practice. The new owners, Luyu Esports LLC, will work toward improvements for the team.

In order to strengthen LMQ’s operations and performance, our owner Luyu Esports LLC in Los Angeles will now manage our team and we are ready to take our team to the next level.

These improvements supposedly include new and more experienced coaches as well as an upgraded gaming house.

Questions remain, including what the source of the disagreements might have been and how much Sharon knew about the announcement before hand. Just moments ago, she left a tweet on her personal twitter that seemed to indicate that the news of the change took her by surprise.
