Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone are coming to Marvel Rivals in Season 6.
NetEase Games has officially confirmed Marvel Rivals Season 6: Night at the Museum’s two upcoming playable characters: Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone. Both characters made their debut at The Game Awards 2025, after being teased in lore text for Marvel Rivals’ ongoing Season 5. Season 5.5 has yet to kick off, bringing Rogue to the game later today.

Marvel Rivals Season 6’s upcoming new playable characters Deadpool and Elsa Bloodstone. The Game Awards 2025’s teaser for Season 6 focused on Deadpool as the season’s upcoming playable character, likely meant to headline the first half of the upcoming season.
The Season 6 trailer features Deadpool fighting on behalf of the Collector, inadvertently turning his museum into an absolute nightmare of open cages and roaming monsters. Deadpool fights with Throg and a werewolf-ied Captain America (the latter available as an in-game skin).

"After Gambit's attempt to steal a prized artifact from the Collector's Museum, he and Rogue return to the scene of the crime in an attempt to escape. The Collector responds in the best way to avoid getting his hands dirty: by sending in his "top professional" and also... Deadpool... and the Merc with a Mouth opens the doors on every cage within the Collection, turning the Museum into the greatest intergalactic disaster this timeline has ever seen. But there's a hunter on the horizon ready to put a stop to the antics."
The trailer ends with an unnamed character arriving to put a stop to Deadpool’s shenanigans. She’s described as Deadpool’s rival, likely making her Elsa Bloodstone. This season seems to be pulling from Kelly Thompsona and Chris Bachalo’s 2019 Deadpool run, which featured both Deadpool and Elsa as its main protagonists.
Marvel Rivals Season 5.5 is about to kick off as well, featuring Rogue as a new playable character.
