Tempo Zoia details the competitive concerns behind two maps

Tempo Zoia explains his problems with Tomb of the Spider Queen and Infernal Shrines. Do you agree?

Tomb of the Spider Queen has been under the watchful eye of Blizzard for some time now: with games lasting far longer than the average and the map objective not doing particularly much. When the buffs came, it seemed like all was well, but Tempo Storm's Zoia is not entirely convinced.

Giving a fairly convincing recent game between Tempo Storm and COGnitive as his evidence, his point is made abundantly clear. A late game turn in by COG results in absolutely no progress towards winning. No keeps are taken, no ground is yielded. Tempo Storm is able to defend, and the war of attrition begins again.

On maps like Tomb and Infernal Shrines, games often end up being lengthy, slow affairs that result in long tense fights with few kills. While many may have little to no issue with this, it ultimately goes against the main design of HotS: fast paced action.

So what do you think? Do you enjoy the standard fast paced brawls that are true to the HotS formulae? Or do you prefer the slow cat and mouse style games that low siege objective maps like Tomb and Shrines bring?
