In a flavorful article, Blizzard revealed 3 new BRM cards today. Let's check them out.
If you're in the vocal minority who likes [card]Dragon's Breath[/card] this one is for you:
A 6/4 for 6 with a good tribe and a minor upside doesn't seem great, considering you'd either have to cast a lot of removal or have a lot of minions already to make this any good. It's interesting design though, and I'm going to enjoy playing this in Arena.
This continues the theme [card]Core Rager[/card] started. Its ability is reasonably easy to pull off in an aggressive deck, and a 9/9 is no joke. Though this might still be limited to Arena, it'll shine there at least.
Here's the big one. The Father of Dragons. The Spellthief.
I honestly can't wait to play with this card. Stealing your opponent's best spells seems great, and even if you only get something like 2 Frostbolts, it's still great value for an 8/8. 9 mana is pretty steep in a world with Big Game Hunter, though otherwise it seems solid.
