The latest Pokémon TCG expansion brings Mega Evolution Pokémon from Lumiose City to players.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game is expanding its Mega Evolution lineup with Mega Evolution Perfect Order, a new expansion launching on 27 March, 2026. The set introduces newly discovered Mega Evolution Pokémon to the TCG, led by the Legendary Mega Zygarde ex.
According to the press release, Pokémon TCG Perfect Order will introduce more Mega Evolution Pokémon first discovered in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The expansion is also set in Lumiose City from the video game, linking the card game directly to the latest mainline entry in the Pokémon series.
Mega Evolution Perfect Order will include over 120 cards, with more than 25 Trainer cards and over 30 Pokémon and Trainer cards featuring special illustrations. Alongside Mega Zygarde ex, confirmed Pokémon ex in the set include Mega Clefable ex, Mega Starmie ex, and Meowth ex, with further cards expected to be revealed closer to release.
What to expect from the Perfect Order expansion:

Players and collectors can expect the following from the expansion:
- Four Mega Evolution Pokémon ex
- Nine Pokémon ex
- 11 Illustration Rare Pokémon
- 18 Ultra Rare Pokémon and Trainer cards
- Six Special Illustration Rare Pokémon and Supporter cards
These cards will be available across booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and various collections. Players can also get early hands-on experience at pre-release events starting 14 March 2026, ahead of the full retail launch.
