Showing no mercy; Gaimin Gladiators take BetBoom Dacha title

Edging closer to TI, Gaimin Gladiators don't take a break in collecting trophies as they overpower TSM in the grand finals of BetBoom Dacha.

BetBoom Dacha was designed to keep fans occupied and entertained over the course of six days. Eight teams competed for the lion's share of the $250,000 prize pool. Eight players participated in 1v1 solo tournaments. Two teams comprised of Russian-speaking talent, casters, and ex-professionals went head-to-head in an All Random Death Match.

It was a source of fun after a long season of intense competition —perhaps exactly what Valve wants to and fans might see more of now that the DPC has been discontinued.

BetBoom, the sponsorship team of the event, exited the tournament in the bottom two along with Nigma Galaxy. They also ended the tournament empty-handed as the $250,000 prize pool was split only between the top four.

Team Secret, featuring the king himself, Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan, was able to last through to third place.

Coming in with little to no surprise to anyone, Gaimin Gladiators took the championship title for the main event. They completely overwhelmed TSM 3:1 for the trophy and title. There is no rest of the wicked. No doubt this team is the utter favorites going into The International and they have been flexing their dominance all season long.

From Puck to ShadowFiend, Pudge and PoTM matches lasted anywhere from two minutes upwards to 21 minutes.

Placed on opposite sides of the bracket, two Russian players ended up going head-to-head to claim the ultimate distinction of being THE best solo player. Danil "gpk" Skutin's ShadowFiend proved to be better than Gleb "kiyotaka" Zyryanov's 2:1.
