Some of the hottest Dota 2 teams of the moment are confirmed to head to Yerevan, Armenia to compete at BetBoom Dacha tournament ahead of The International 2023.
Recent Riyahd Masters 2023 champions, Team Spirit, and the back-to-back-to-back, third-time Major champions Gaimin Gladiators are among the invited straight to the LAN event in Armenia. The $250,000 tournament is set to commence today, August 7 with an online qualifier featuring Nigma Galaxy, Alliance and Virtus.pro amongst others. The online part is set to take place August 7-13 beginning with a play-in stage into a decider bracket.

- Two double-elimination (GSL) groups of four teams each
- All matches are Bo3
- Two teams from each group will advance

- Double-elimination bracket
- Grand Final is Bo5, all other matches are Bo3
- Winner advance to the LAN stage
Participants
Starting on September 10, the tournament moves into a LAN stage held behind closed doors with the teams living in more of a US college set-up at a luxurious mansion in the center of Yerevan, Armenia. Though more of a campus than a traditional tournament set-up, the BetBoom Dacha tournament will gather the eight LAN participants in basically a big bootcamp before TI12. However, only five out of the eight teams slated for the LAN part are qualified as of now for TI12.

Group Stage
- Two round-robin groups of four teams each
- All matches are Bo2
- Top two teams of each group are seeded into the Upper Bracket of Playoffs
- 3rd place team of each group are seeded into the Lower Bracket of Playoffs
- Bottom team of each group is eliminated
