NoPing part ways with hFn

Post TI10 qualifiers shuffle reaches the South America scene as NoPing e-sports announce a first roster change in the aftermath of the regular season.

After placing first in the second season of Dota Pro Circuit South America Regional League and thus qualifying for the AniMajor, NoPing e-sports were considered the main favourites in the SA qualifiers for The International 10.

However, SG e-sports came in strong in the qualifiers and took the final ticket to TI10 for SA teams, leaving NoPing behind to watch the tournament from home. While TI10 is still about three months away, and there are some online tournaments in the queue to keep the scene active until October, NoPing e-sports have already taken the decision to part ways with their carry player.

William "hFn" Medeiros joined the team at the beginning of March this year, ahead of the 2021 DPC, and carried NoPing to fourth place in the first season of SA regional league and to first place in the following season. Unfortunately, NoPing had a lacklustre performance in Kyiv, Ukraine at the AniMajor, finishing just 9-12th with two consecutive losses to the two teams coming from NA, Quincy Crew and Evil Geniuses.

“We wish him all the luck in the world and we hope that he will continue to do what he loves, bringing joy to everyone,” said NoPing in their goodbye post for hFn.

NoPing e-sports current roster:

Gonzalo “Darkmago♥” Herrera
Oscar
Farith “Matthew ” Puente
Jose “Pandaboo” Hernandez
