Fnatic updates their roster for the first time in almost a year, bringing in Marc Polo Luis "Raven" Fausto and bidding farewell to Nuengnara ‘23savage’ Teeramah.
It has been a day full of emotions for the SEA region. Just hours ago it was announced that Marc Polo Luis "Raven" Fausto had parted ways with Geek Fam -- just after two consecutive regional titles.
Fans didn't have to speculate or wonder about Raven's new home for long.
It seems that Fnatic took a page from 'if you can't beat 'em... ask them to join your team' book. Raven will be rejoining Fnatic as their carry player effective immediately. Long time fans will remember that he played under the orange and black banner for two months in 2016.
Dota 2 team manager Eric "Reinnnn" Khor said:
In our pursuit to build a Southeast Asian super team and continue dominating the region, I welcome for the second time, SEA's most promising carry into our roster. He will bring a new dimension to the team and add some firepower to our already stacked roster.
As the team welcomes their new carry, there is space for only one in the team which means they are bidding farewell to young talent Nuengnara ‘23savage’ Teeramahanon. The teen just became the second person to reach 11k MMR only days ago.
There is no word on where the Thai player will go as of yet.
