Mineski replace Virtus.pro at MDL Changsha Major

Virtus.pro have withdrawn from MDL Changsha Major scheduled for next month and have been replaced by Mineski. 

Citing health concerns and fatigue, the CIS powerhouse team have decided to withdraw from participating at MDL Changsha Major. Virtus.pro has already secured a direct invite to TI8 but has continued to compete in the Pro Dota Circuit events in order to learn about their opponents and prepare for the pinnacle of all Dota 2 events in August. 

In their stead will be the DAC 2018 champions and hottest SEA team in the scene — Mineski.

Being one team down, the Mars Media team have decided to replace Virtus Pro with the Southeast Asian giants, Mineski. The Malaysian-based team that feature the likes of Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung and Daryl “iceiceice” Koh Pei Xiang, clinched their biggest victory to date by defeating LGD-Gaming in a thrilling final at the Dota Asia Championships (DAC) which took place in Shanghai, China and ended yesterday.

MDL Changsha Major is scheduled to take place May 14-20th in Changsha, China at the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Twelve teams will compete for the lion's share of $1,000,000 and 1500 DPC points.
