The announcement of Empire's disqualification from the EPICENTER: Moscow tournament was made public on the 26th of March; in the announcement, a replacement team was not mention. The following day, the team replacing Empire was announced to be the newly formed Polarity.

As mentioned in the tweet, the game between Power Rangers and Polarity will be taking place on the 29th of April. The winner will proceed to face Danish Bears in the next round, and the loser will be placed in the losers' bracket where they will face either Na'Vi or Team Spirit.

The roster changes during the post-Shanghai Major transfer period have caused the EPICENTER organizers to reconsider their invites twice so far. EHOME was the first to have their invitation revoked due to the team's inability to give a finalized roster early enough for the team's visas to be processed. Following this, Team Liquid received a direct invite in EHOME's stead.

The second invite that was revoked was Empire's due to the organization playing with an entirely different roster from when they received the invite. As a side note, it has been speculated that Empire's invite to ESL One Manila might be revoked due to their roster change.
