The first day of the main event is now over; Digital Chaos have been eliminated, Secret and Vici Gaming moved on to the next round while EHOME and VP have dropped to the lower bracket.
Day three on the Nanyang Championships started with the upper bracket matchup between Secret and Virtus.Pro. The newly formed Secret lineup dominated the series and sweeped VP 2-0. Consequently Virtus Pro dropped to the lower bracket and will be facing Team Liquid in BO1 tomorrow.
The next match was the second match in the upper bracket between the two Chinese heavyweights - Vici Gaming and EHOME. The first game was dominated by EHOME till 30 minutes then VG managed to come back and win the game. The second game was another story, VG dominated from the start and finished strong.
EHOME has now dropped to the lower bracket and will be facing the winner of LGD and CDEC tomorrow in an elimination match. Vici Gaming will be facing Team Secret tomorrow for a spot in the grand finals.
The third and final match was a BO1 elimination game between Digital Chaos and Team Liquid. As expected the Kuroky led squad won the game and advanced to the next round.
