Three days have passed in the Dota 2 Asia Championships Asian qualifier and only Chinese teams remain in the top 10 spots. CDEC-Gaming and EHOME remain at the top, while CSW can't seem to fight their way out of the bottom.
On the third day of the Asian qualifiers for the DAC, CDEC-Gaming retains their top position, having played out a total of 12 matches already. As the team is set to travel to Kiev soon, the squad will have to play out the rest of their matches tomorrow. Mustering an 18-6 record, CDEC-Gaming is in a good spot to grab a top 4 finish, but unlikely to stay at the very top as EHOME is sitting close behind them with a 14-2 record. EHOME's only two losses were inflicted by none other than CDEC.
TongFu, Immortal Magneto and Big God are all tied for third place with 10 wins, but TongFu has played 2 matches less then the other two. In addition, Big God will have to finish its DAC groupstage run without carry BurNing, who is set to travel to Kiev with Invictus Gaming. His replacement has yet to be announced.
Only Chinese teams are sitting in the top 10, with the South-East Asian teams dropping to the bottom of the group. It is likely that the ping disadvantage to the Perfect World servers hurt the teams' performances. Mineski is the only SEA team that was able to take down a Chinese team 2-0 thus far, namely Dream Gaming.
The action is set to continue tomorrow at 06.00 CET. Once again, four matches will be played out at the same time, but most notably, CDEC-Gaming is set to take on Big God.
