Sneaky Nyx Assassins managed to overcome the obstacle of Union Gaming, and they will have the chance to earn a spot in the Grand Final of the American TI4 qualifiers. The match between SNA and Liquid will take place tomorrow to determine the second finalist.
Eleven teams from all over America have been fighting since Monday, May 12th, for the a ticket to the most prestigious and valuable tournament in the history of eSports, The International 4. In the end, only two teams from the United States will make it to Seattle.
The two remaining matches will take place tomorrow, May 15th, to determine which team jumps straight to The International 4, and the runner-up who will have to fight for the 16th spot of the tournament. The Lower Bracket final will be a best-of-three match between Sneaky Nyx Assassins and Team Liquid, and the victor will proceed to face North American Rejects in the final best-of-five showdown. SNA grabbed their LB Final place by defeating Union Gaming with a 2-1 gamescore, while Liquid got thrown into the Lower Bracket after their defeat against NAR.
