VP schedule in Nexon Super Match pushed back

Nexon has made yet another change to the schedule of Super Match due to VP's visa issues. Besides that, unknown if it is related or not, Nexon will be awarding $5,000 to the team who takes a game off their opponents today even if they lose the match.

In just a few short hours to the kick-off of Nexon Invitational Super Match week four, we have just received some updates regarding Virtus.Pro's situation from our Korean correspondent. As of now, it is still unknown if the Russians have obtained their visa to go to Korea and therefore, their supposed match tomorrow against Startale has been pushed back to an undisclosed date.

Besides that, whether related or not, we have also been informed that there will be a slight prize pool change to the match between Startale and TongFu 3 today. Nexon said the prizes for the match today will be awarded according to game won, much like the first and second week of the Super Match series. The winner of the match today will definitely bring home $7,500 in cash while the loser, assuming they take a game off their opponents, will win $5,000.

In any case, the schedule may be reverted back assuming VP does make it to Korea today. Stay tuned to GosuGamers as we bring you further updates on VP's situation.
