fnaticMSI and DOTA part ways

Just recently on the homepage of Fnatic Team, fnaticMSI announced their parted ways with DotA. The following statement was taken from the front page of Fnatic Team.

Despite a successful campaign and a general sense of excitement, we are disheartened to announce the closure of our current DOTA squad. The road to this decision was demanding; however, we came to the conclusion that it was in the best interest for the fnaticMSI organization, as well as our former players.

Although there is no direct statement concerning the reasons behind the disbandment of the DotA squad other than:

“There was an issue coming to an agreement on terms between the management and players“.

The following statements were given by the management.

"We introduced DOTA into FnaticMSI last year and we've had a very successful run with the team during it's tenure. While their online results haven't been the best, understandably, but their LAN results have been exemplary to say the least. The team and management decided to end it's successful partnership today on amicable terms, Neha also departs with the team so it's a sad day for us.
I'd like to thank the players & Neha for their time and effort under the FnaticMSI brand and we wish them the best of luck for the future.

Having said that we will maintain our commitment to DOTA. In the next few weeks we will keep our options open and when the time is right we will come back to DotA”.
- Elroy Pinto, General Manager, FnaticMSI.

"We want to thank fnatic for everything they have done for us, it is unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement on some things. Still we wish everyone in fnatic the best of luck in the future, especially the CS team (gogo guys keep winning!) The DotA team hopes to continue playing in the future, we just don't know what our plans are right now so stay tuned"
- Neha “Rinoa” Nair, Former DotA Manager, FnaticMSI.
