ESL open doors for a new Nordic campaign named Battle of Nordic.
Inviting professionals and casual gamers, a ladder and bi-weekly tournament is open for the Nordic (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic) DotA fanatics.
As ESL Nordic opened doors it was made clear that one of the featured games will be DotA. Not only that, but it also seems like ESL has prepared something very special for the DotA fanatics, going under the title Battle of Nordic.
A ladder is open for sign up. The goal is to place in the top eight positions, as it grants you a spot for the 16 teams tournament coming back every second weekend. The best eight teams of every tournament stands, while the bottom eight will have to requalify through the ladder.
To settle the first eight teams standing in the tournament, ESL Nordic opened a Grand Opening Tournament, open for everyone, taking place Saturday and Sunday, May 30th-31st.
