What is DotA's biggest Flaw?

In an article from NADotA.com, Aaron 'Spit-Wad' Stern points to the current organization of competitive DotA and to the ever-changing rosters for the top teams as DotA's biggest flaw.

Even though lately a lot of tournament with big prizes made their entrance, the DotA scene still faces major problems.

In his article Aaron Stern makes a comparison with National Football League, which had a remarkable stability over the time. NFL's organization payed off especially because it was well structured, everyone did their part of the job, and because of it's consistency. All the things above being something that the DotA scene lacks.

Furthermore the problem of roster changes and even of the complete team changes is reached. While teams change, disband or go inactive, the need of stability is growing fast in the DotA field.

The article also refers to a need for "an official governing body" to take care of all the records, ranking and leagues covering.
