GuardiaN and seized step down from Natus Vincere's starting roster

Natus Vincere have revealed that Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovacs and Denis "seized" Kostin are no longer part of the CS:GO starting roster.

Natus Vincere have parted ways with two members from the CS:GO starting roster - Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovacs and Denis "seized" Kostin. In an interview with CEO of Natus Vincere, Yevhen "HarisPilton" Zolotarov it was expressed that the in-game leader and AWPer were removed for each their own reason.

In the case of the Slovakian AWPer a distinct lack of motivation to perform for the organisation was cited, whereby the player had received various offers throughout the year, ones he was seriously considering despite being in the thick of performing for Na'Vi. As for Denis "seized" Kostin, Zolotarov had explained that the individual had simply not been able to fulfil the in-game leading role to the effect required by the organisation's standard, thus leading to his removal. As a side note the CEO had also expressed that the reasons behind the roster's recent lacklustre performances do not solely rest on the shoulders of the two departed members, rather the issue being multifaceted and complicated.

Regarding transfers of the two departed players, no information was given as to their future destination. Neither was there comment regarding potential incoming players who will be finalising the organisation's current three-man starting roster.

Natus Vincere is down to the follow four members:

Ukraine Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev
Ukraine Ioann "Edward" Sukhariev
Russia Egor "flamie" Vasiliev

Ukraine Andrey "andi" Prokhorov
