ALL-IN and Spirit, as CIS Minor finalists, secured their spots at Major Qualifier.
CIS Minor had two spots at ELEAGUE Major Qualifier to offer. Eight CIS-based teams attended the minor tournament where ALL-IN and Spirit reached grand final to grab precious spots. On their roads to the grand final, ALL-IN defeated EYESports and VwS in Group A whereas Group B saw Spirit defeating Kazakh teams zARLANS and Tengri.
In the upper bracket semi-finals, ALL-IN defeated Quantum Bellator Fire 2-0 after a fairly one-sided match. On the other hand, inspite grabbing first map with a margin of 13, in the second map which was Overpass, Spirit had to earn the victory against VwS in overtime.
Two teams clashed in the upper bracket final for the first time in the minor. In their map pick, Mirage, ALL-IN destroyed Spirit 16-4 but Spirit fought back and picked up the second map, Overpass, with a 16-14 score line. The decider was Dust2 and it went to Spirit's way with the same score, making them the first team to qualify to ELEAGUE Major Main Qualifier through CIS Minor.
ALL-IN faced VwS once more, this time in the Consolidation final as the Lithuanian team defeated Quantum Bellator Fire in the lower bracket final. The consolidation final was played as a best-of-one with the map being Train. ALL-IN withstood VwS pushes successfully as Counter-Terrorist in the first half to gain a five round advantage at the half-time. After the break, it was a one-sided ride. The Russian team grabbed five rounds against VwS' single round victory to close the map out 16-6.
At that point, both ALL-IN and Spirit had secured their spots at ELEAGUE Major Main Qualifiers but they've played one last match to determine the winner of CIS Minor and $30.000 of $50.000 prize pool. The maps for the match were Cache and Dust2. ALL-IN started both maps as Counter-Terrorists and managed to win ten rounds in the first halves of each map. They've successfully used five round lead in both maps and defeated Spirit 2-0.
