Mr. Cat have announced an Asian regional online tournament featuring a $25,000 prize pool.?
Mr. Cat, an Asian tournament organiser have announced a fully online CS:GO tournament featuring some of the top regional teams, as well as a $25,000 prize pool. Sixteen Asian representatives will be fighting each other for a sizeable chunk of the prize pool, the distribution of which can be seen below:
1st place - $15,000
2nd place - $7,500
3rd place - $2,500
The format for the tournament will see a best-of-one round robin group stage, followed by double-elimination best-of-three playoffs and concluding with a best-of-five Grand final. The sixteen teams are distributed amongst four groups of four, the distribution may be seen below:
