LowLandLions venture into CS:GO, sign nerdRage

LowLandLions, a prominent Counter-Strike 1.6 and Source organisation, is returning to CS:GO via singing the nerdRage roster.

After a period of dormancy, LowLandLions have made a return to the Counter-Strike scene, signing the nerdRage roster. The organisation has been involved in both previous iterations of Counter-Strike, sporting teams in 1.6 and Source. The ex-nerdRage roster has various achievements across the board, winning a multitude of smaller events, such as the D!ngIT Weekly Cups and QuickShot Arenas.

Neil "NeiL_M" Murphy, Team Coach, had the following to say about the transition:

Today I’m happy to reveal that we will be joining up with LowLandLions going forward.
We took our time to make sure our decision was the correct one going forward in the future on a long term basis. We are delighted with the passion & eagerness from LLL to together hopefully bring success. Our aims to take continue from decent minor qualifier campaign into Operation Kinguin #3 & qualify into ESEA Premier via ESL Major League! We would like to thank Frans and LowLandLions for the opportunity and the chance to be a part of them!

Frans Schouten, General Manager of LowLandLions, expressed:

We are very happy to be coming back to CS:GO with such a promising team. LowLandLions and Counter-Strike have always had a very close relationship dating back to Counter-Strike 1.6. We are really excited to put a stronger focus on CSGO and see how the team develops. Our goal is to qualify through the minor qualifier and then sky is the limit.
