Fabien "kioshima" Fiey will be be rounding out FaZe Clan's roster as their fifth player in time for Dreamhack Masters Malmo.
After being cut from Team EnVyUs' roster in early March, Fabien "kioshima" Fiey's next stop in his professional career has been a mystery, with the French pro floating between local mix teams and even momentarily joining up UK players for a period. Now FaZe Clan has announced that kioshima has signed with the organization, taking over the spot the Mikail "Maikelele" Bill vacated after their disappointing performance at MLG Columbus 2016, although FaZe states that Maikelele is still officially a member of the team as of now. FaZe Clan had the following to say about the pickup:
However, we are in this scene to do one thing & one thing only, and that is win. Kio is a proven champion, one of the most decorated and experienced players on today's Counter Strike scene, and together with him we will fight for the winning culture that we strive to provide. We do this for our fans, we do this together, and we will keep building. Thank you to Hastr0 from nV in facilitating this change. More news to come soon. ”
FaZe Clan's roster now consists of:
Fabien "kioShiMa" Fiey
Håvard "rain" Nygaard
Philip "aizy" Aistrup
Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
Ricardo "fox" Pacheco
