PGL have revealed additional information regarding the recently announced Regional Minor Championship.
Following the recent announcement of an Asian Minor Championship, PGL have posted further information regarding the event. The PGL KeSPA Regional Minor Championship will be open to all teams in the Asian and Oceanic region, with three qualifiers for teams to participate in:
- Asian qualifier - (Open to all teams from the Middle East and Oceania) Registration link
- South Korean qualifier - Registration link
- Chinese qualifier - Registration link
Registration for said qualifiers is open till April 11th (excluding the South Korean qualifier that is open till April 18th, taking place on April 24th offline) or until the brackets are full. Qualifiers will be played out through April 12th-14th and will see a total of 128 teams in a single-elimination, best-of-one bracket excluding the quarter-finals and semi-finals that are both single-elimination, best-of-three.
Each of the qualifiers will decide two teams that will be joining The MongolZ and Renegades at the Nexon eSports Arena in South Korea, Seoul on the 5th-8th May for the LAN Finals of the event. Entrance to the Nexon Arena for visitors is free of charge.
