Two matches on de_overpass saw NaVi overcoming Titan 19-17 and Cloud9 beating mousesports 16-10.

NaVi vs Titan clash, one of the most interesing matches from the first round of groupstage, was taking place on de_overpass. Ukranians had a good start as CT, extending their lead up to 11-4 in a pretty convincing fashion with outstanding performance from Edward. In second half the French team managed to build up good defense, decreasing rounds difference to more or less adequate amount. However Titan were 1 kill away from evening up the score, NaVi managed to grab 15th round. But it was not over for Titan as they forced it to overtime through nail-biting shootout over B bombsite. Overtime saw Frenchmen grab 2-1 advantage but Natus Vincere sweeped the second half 3-0, closing the match 19-17.
One of the two North American team Cloud9 had to face Mousesports on de_overpass as well, with home team starting as CT. C9 took a very convincing pistol round but mousesports managed to claim 2nd round with 5-7s. It appeared that Europeans had upper hand but C9 managed to even up the score 7-7 but with 15th round going in favor of mouz, closing first half with 8-7. Second pistol round was claimed by the German team. However, second follow-up was taken by force-buying side, just as in the preivous half. Second part of the match continued with a fierce round exchange but C9 managed to take the lead from 10-10, making it 10-15. The matchpoint did not present any opportunity for mouz with the map going to Cloud9 16-10.
