The Swedish organization has revealed the list of twelve invited teams and introduced group-draft system
The participants for the tournament, which will feature 500,000 SEK (~$60k) prize pool in addition to 60,000 SEK travel support), consists of 12 invitees and 4 qualification slots.
The most notable change to the group stage seeding is the introduction of sequential picking system to the tournament. That means that four finalists of the previous season (fnatic, EnvyUs, Virtus.pro and TSM) will be seeded to the separate groups and then pick teams for their groups, this picked team will do the same and so on.
There are going to be two separate online qualifiers next week, more information will be released soon.
