Nihilum Gaming brings in ex-Denial

Nihilum Gaming, a Swedish organization famous for its long-time roots in World of Warcraft, has expanded to CS:GO with the signing of American squad Denial.

Another month has come and another organization has ventured into the prosperous waters of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The competitive community continues to garner interest from new sponsors and organizations. It was only a couple of months ago when Team SoloMid signed the former Dignitas lineup and Team EnVyUs acquired the ex-LDLC roster.

After recently qualifying for the ESEA Invite Season 18 LAN finals as well as the CEVO Professional Season 6 LAN finals, Kyle "flowsicK" Mendez and his teammates have been scooped up by the Sweden-based Nihilum. The team is clearly looking forward to high quality support from their new home, and may even be on the fast track to a gaming house and/or coach in the near future.

Soham "valens" Chowdhury had the following to say about his team's move to Nihilum:

We are extremely excited to partner up with Nihilum Gaming, who is well known in the Hearthstone and WoW communities for harboring some of the best talent. Together with Kinguin, the title sponsor, Nihilum reached out to us and wanted to branch out to CSGO and help build a top team from the ground up. There are many things in store for us that are becoming increasingly common in the EU scene, which will undoubtedly grow the NA scene and help bridge the skill gap between the two communities.”
