TSM have secured the final spot in the playoffs of ESL One Katowice 2015 following a 16-8 victory over Cloud9 on de_overpass. Cloud9, the only NA hope of making the playoffs, have now been eliminated from the tournament.

TSM started the final match of the day on the more favoured CT side of de_overpass, where they managed to secure the preliminary pistol round. However, they were shut down by Cloud9 on the following anti-eco round, as the North American team ran away with two more rounds in a row before TSM finally managed to get back on their feet and to win a cool 4 rounds in a row, with a great 1v3 post plant clutch by cajunb in between.
The score was 6-3 in favour of TSM before some technical difficulties forced a pause mid match, which allowed Cloud9 to take a break and gather their thoughts. Cloud9 then proceeded to go on a three round winning streak, but TSM still ended up winning the half in a standard 9-6 scoreline.
Cloud9 took the second pistol round on their CT side, only to be stopped dead in their tracks on the following round where TSM forced up with armour and pistols to bring the score back to 10-7 in favour of the Danish team. TSM won the following three rounds, but when it came down to the first buy round, Cloud9 took it making it 12-8. However, TSM finally asserted their dominance as they killed the NA dream, finishing Cloud9 off 16-8.
TSM will now proceed to the playoffs of the event, while Cloud9 have been eliminated. This means that there are no more North American teams in ESL One Katowice 2015.
