The start of de_dust2 went disastrous for the North American team as K.Stars managed to get 13 rounds straight at T-side without dropping a single one before CLG took the last 2 rounds of the half.
CLG pulled themselves together and took their pistol round on the second half, not losing the match instantly. The NA team started to build up their way to a comeback basing on solid pushes and important AWP pick offs. The momentum was stopped when KeyD did not buy a CLG fake A push and flawlessly defended B site with 3 men, taking 14th round. However, the Brazilian team did not turn it around as CLG continued to take round after round with the help of a double AWP setup, which helped them zone out their opponents. KeyD pulled out the 15th round through a sneaky defuse which went unnoticed by two alive Terrorist players. The 16th won round did not make viewers wait long and was taken immediately. Thus, KeyD Stars advanced to the playoffs, eliminating CLG from the tournament.
