Cloud9 beat Natus Vincere to qualify for ESL One Frankfurt 2015 which is to be held next month and will also feature a prize pool of $250,000.
ESL One Franfurt 2015 will feature some of the best teams in the world; three invitees and five qualified teams. The invitees feature; Vici Gaming, Evil Genuises, Team Secret and the qualified teams include, SEA : Team Malaysia Europe: Cloud9, Virtus Pro, Alliance China : Invictus Gaming (2014 Champions). The tournament will also feature a $250,000 prize pool and be held in the Commerzbank Arena, a football stadium with a capacity of more than 52,000.
Cloud9 just beat Natus Vincere in the final do or die match in the qualifier to secure the last spot in the European Division. The EternalEnvy lead team has lost just two matches out of their last ten. They had a good run at the Starladder XII LAN as well finishing third, just behind Invictus Gaming and Vici Gaming. It'll be interesting to see how they perform in Frankfurt next month.
