Blizzard has finally replied to the multitde of threads pertaining to the resisting rates of spells. Blizzard CM Eyonix responded simply by saying "Our Quality Assurance Department has just thoroughly tested spell resistances and it appears as if they're are all working correctly. We've tested with both PC and NPC targets and everything appears to us to be working the same as before version 1.7 released."
How thoroughly did Blizzard actually test it? Blizzard poster motive has responded with a giant blue response that goes into some huge detail about the resists. The detail are a little much to go into in a newspost so I suggest you check them out in the link below. It is definetly nice to see that Blizzard has responded pretty quickly and decisivly. Problem is, I still think casters got nerfed. Will Blizzard ever go back and fix this? Or is it even a legitimate concern? We will keep an eye out for you.
