The WCG-Qualification in russia for WarCraft3 started yesterday in Moscow. The whole event takes place from 24.08 till the 28.08. At the end, the qualifier will host some showmatches.

Participants of these showmatches will be SK.Hot, mTw-Winner, Spirit_Moon and the winner of the russian qualifier.

The Fight for 3 spots

Russia has 3 spots for WarCraft3 this year and the 3 players will be determined through an offline tournament. This tourney will be played in Double Elimination with Best of 3 for each series.

A lot of strong russian players have qualified for the LAN finals, for example SK.Deadman, IT-Flash, IT-Karma, play`Abver, fnatic\Caravaggio, [4gl]franse and DkH.Podox.

After beating Kemper, Neytpoh has qualified for the WCG as the third player from russia.
