PUBG Mobile x Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration returns, launching 13 March with the 4.3 version update

More Jujutsu Kaisen content is set to arrive in PUBG Mobile as the collaboration returns on 13 March.

The hit anime Jujutsu Kaisen is making a comeback in PUBG Mobile, arriving in the game on 13 March alongside the Version 4.3 update. This marks the second Jujutsu Kaisen crossover, with the first taking place four years ago in February 2022. It was the game’s first-ever anime collaboration, making it one of the most iconic crossovers in PUBG Mobile’s history.

The highly requested PUBG Mobile × Jujutsu Kaisen rerun will begin on 13 March, coinciding with the Version 4.3 update as well as the game’s 9th anniversary celebrations. While most details about the collaboration’s return have yet to be revealed, here is what players can expect from the upcoming update.

Jujutsu Kaisen crossover returns to PUBG Mobile

The Jujutsu Kaisen update will likely feature returning themed skins, special game modes, and rewards. The first collaboration in 2022 introduced cosplay outfits based on the anime’s main characters: Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo.

There were also weapon skins, including a Sukuna-inspired Groza skin and a SCAR-L themed skin. Beyond cosmetics, the collaboration brought Jujutsu Kaisen-inspired vehicles, game modes, boss enemies, and various event missions.

Players can expect the returning crossover to bring back many of these popular items, along with additional content, as the developers have teased new additions.

PUBG Mobile Version 4.3 and 9th anniversary celebrations

PUBG Studios is also launching the Version 4.3 update, which will introduce a range of new purchasable items alongside gameplay revamps and UI upgrades. The update will feature a new line-up of X-Suit outfits, including the Phoenixtra X-Suit, as well as the return of the Blood Raven X-Suit. Players will also be able to pre-order the RPA18, which comes with a guaranteed reward bonus.

To celebrate the game’s 9th anniversary, PUBG Mobile has teased several anniversary surprises including the Mythic Forge Anniversary Event, offering widespread discounts on Mythic items.

Players can also expect a new card collection system, which provides a way to unlock the three-level upgradable Splendid Assault firearm finish for free, along with other rewards.

PUBG Mobile has consistently introduced collaborations from a variety of universes. Earlier this year, the game brought the Birmingham gangsters from Peaky Blinders into the battlefield. The game has also collaborated with K-pop groups such as BABYMONSTER, as well as anime titles including Dragon Ball Super and Attack on Titan.
