Lunatic Hai announces team expansion of two players, thanks to new APEX rule

Lunatic Hai is adding not one but two new players to their roster. And they are keeping all their current players as well!

Roster changes just keep pouring in. With the Overwatch League expected to kick off in the third quarter of this year (July-September), teams are working on what could be their OWL rosters.

OGN's APEX Season 3 is having a similar and more rushed effect currently, as the involved (mostly Korean) teams have only just finished Season 2. Earlier we reported on Kongdoo's changes, and Lunatic Hai will also feature some new faces starting April 28th.

Due to a newly added rule, APEX teams can register up to eight players that can play in official matches. Out of those eight, though, seven must be picked before every match. This means teams have some freedom to mix and match their active roster depending on their opponent, or form of the day.

Lunatic Hai, as the top Korean team right now, is going to be making use of this new opportunity. They have signed two new players, reaching the limit of eight already. No players from the Season 2 winning squad have been kicked, so they will still be the LH you have come to love (or resent).

Claris, previously of Rhino Gaming Titan, will continue to flex as his new team desires. His teammate, Munchkin, has also signed on alongside him.

Lunatic Hai still has a week to practice with this increased roster. While we probably won't see much change in the first few Season 3 matches played by LH, considering they are placed in the group of death, Claris and Munchkin will be called upon whenever required.
