Week 2 Featured Matches (By Ryan 'Chico" Bodayle)

NGA Club vs MVP Space

MVP Space, famous for their impressive performances against western teams, is set to take on NGA Club in the first match of week two. The Korean squad pulled off an impressive 2-0 thrashing of Chinese new comers, eStar Gaming. NGA Club, however, are not new comers. Ranked 17th in the world, the Chinese powerhouse has won its last five contests in a row. While MVP Space performs well against western teams, they are relatively untested versus Chinese teams of NGA’s caliber. NGA on the other hand has dominated domestically, but has little experience against western teams, this may turn out to be a battle of philosophies.

MiG Frost vs NGA Club

This is the match of the week. The Korean and Chinese juggernauts will finally do battle for the first time in this competition. MiG Frost is currently ranked 20th in the world and has yet to lose to a Chinese team in this competition, posting impressive wins over Snake eSports and eStar Gaming. NGA Club, however, is not just any Chinese team. This match is expected to be a true example of Asian Overwatch and could go all three games.
