A Viewers Guide to the GosuGamers Weekly EU #15

The EU Weekly is back today, and we have some great matches lined up. On top of that, we are now back on One Hero Limit!?

Another bracket of teams will battle it out today for a prizepool of at least $1,000 USD (which can be increased again by donating on Matcherino.com and using the coupon code "ggeu15" to donate a free dollar!), kindly provided by our partners Matcherino, G2A, ROCCATPF.GG and OWKings.

Where to watch

The event will go live at 18:00 CEST/12:00 EDT/09:00 PDT. If you want to follow the action you can do so on the following channels:

Predictions

In order to help you get a better understanding of the teams participating, we have listed the favourites and challengers for today:

Favorites:

1. Creation eSports

Creation eSports is on fire lately, they are beating their competition left and right. Ranked no.1 in EU, the switch of KnOxx for ToxikeN seems to be working out. Last week they won the offline ASUS ROG 10th Anniversary finals, in a convincing 3-0 against Rogue, and yesterday they beat REUNITED in an amazing 5 setter. As such, and considering the other teams playing, CE should be considered a clear favourite.

Challengers:

1. Rogue

Rogue is slightly unpredictable, not only in their play but also in their choice of events. Skipping the last few Weeklies, they did sign up for and play as the only European team in the Beat Invitational. A choice that hasn't exactly had a positive influence on their winstats. As for what we can expect from them today, on EU servers, we know they can beat all the other teams in the bracket. This is a fact. Let's share another fact: their record against CE since TakeTV's TakeOver is 1-6 in maps.

2. Misfits

Misfits is our second most likely challenger for one reason: They have defeated REUNITED in their last four matches. Besides this feat, they were also on an impressive climb before losing to Rogue yesterday. Rogue is playing again today, so they might need to get lucky on the draw a bit.  Their record against CE? Well they did lose their last matchup, but a lot has changed since that 1-2 a few weeks ago.

3. REUNITED

The guys of REUNITED are of course still top notch, and TwoEasy has found a worthy replacement in Kyb. REUNITED is, and for the forseeable future stays, a top 5 team in Europe. But it has to be noted that their last three losses were against... Misfits and CE. In fact, in order to win it all today they will probably have to repeat what they last did on the 21st of June: defeat Creation eSports.

Special shoutout to WeUnited, the team that TwoEasy collected for today. Good to see the culture of creating mix teams for events is still very much a part of Overwatch!
