Don't miss the upcoming GosuGamers Weeklies

Keeping up with our intentions, we will again be hosting a Weekly on both days of the upcoming weekend. Are you in a team? Don't forget to sign up!

Week 3 after the beta returned, and no news of another break yet, so let's keep going with our tournament shall we? Saturday and Sunday the GosuGamers Overwatch Weeklies NA and EU #5 are being played again, and we hope you will enjoy them again as much as you have been enjoying them over the past weeks. Did you miss last weekend's? We have made it easy for you to discover our last tournaments spoiler-free through this article.

Currently there is still a handful of spots available for teams to sign up. Will we see yet another new winner this week (no repeat victors yet for our EU weeklies)? Or is IDDQD going to be able to take another cup, this time with the help of Pluppie/TviQ? Ourselves, we are hoping to see Melty will be entering the arena once again.

GosuGamers Overwatch Weekly NA #5

As every week, the NA registrations are a little behind in numbers compared to the EU Weekly. But google me has already signed up, and that is as good of a reason as any for all the other top teams to sign up and test themselves against the (only barely) 2nd Place finisher of last weekend. IDDQD is the other confirmed team showing that they are also ready to compete as much as possible.

While the community is asking for changes, such as hero limits and a different drafting process, we have decided not to make any major changes for at least another week. It seems that the notorious 2/2/2 composition of Reapers, Winstons and Lucios has already been countered successfully in scrims of top teams, and we believe we won't see unbeatable compositions with duplicates any time soon either. So we are not enforcing any hero limits. We are also waiting a bit longer to push out a new version of our beautiful, and popular, OWDraft tool. The only rule change you will notice is this one: Disable kill cam: On. This to stop players from getting flanking information from Kill Cams.
