Star Series VI announced with 50% increase in prize pool

$7,500 increase in prize pool for Star Series as Starladder announced more details on their sixth installment of their prestigious league. The tournament is set to begin on the 19th of May before returning to Kiev for the offline finals.

New details for StarLadder Star Series Season VI has emerged and sixteen teams will once again go on a two-months long journey to make their way into the LAN finals in Cyberarena, Kiev.

This season, Star Series will boast a 50% high prize pool in comparison to the previous seasons, pushing the total amount up to $22,500 in cash. The breakdown of the cash prize is available at the bottom of the news.

The format of the tournament will be the same as the season before - Round robin to a double elimination offline playoffs - and will begin on the 19th of May. The offline playoffs is set to start two months later on the 4th of July.
