Round two of the WePlay playoffs ended earlier today with Mouz and Team Dignitas eliminated. Only Alliance, Evil Geniuses, Na’vi and Team Liquid are left in the tournament to compete in round three of the playoffs tomorrow.
WePlay tournament are soon approaching its grand finals with two more teams being eliminated today. Na’vi managed to advance in the lower bracket after winning against Mouz with a 2-1 score while Team Liquid won against Team Dignitas with a score of 2-1.
The first match between Na'vi and Mouz featured Slark being picked by Mouz. However, that pick did not work well as a gg was forced out with a score of 27 to 6 favoring Na'vi. Even though Mouz managed win the second game, Na'vi eliminated Mouz after a spectucular performance in game three.
The match between Team Liquid and Team Dignitas also had its fair share of unusual picks where Slark was picked by Team Liquid while Dignitas picked up a support Skywrath mage in the third game. However, Skywrath did not work out for Team Dignitas and they were eliminated from the WePlay Playoffs.
Round three of the playoffs will start tomorrow with the match between Evil Genieus and Alliance at 20:00 CEST while the match between Team Liquid and Na'vi has yet to have a new date and time set for it.
