Gamespot's 'guide to gaming' show - EFMS, starts it's third season with our favorite game. The shows covers known franchises from top to bottom such as the Half Life series, The Elder Scrolls series, and this time around - Starcraft.
Ya ya, I know you guys know all about Starcraft 2, but I'm pretty sure not all of you know the full history of the franchise. The show covers everything from the first game to the start of the eSport sensation up to modern times including the whole pro scene.
They also sat down with
Evil Geniuses' Scott Smith for a short rundown of what it means to be a pro gamer. Scott goes over the sacrifices pro players have to make and what really make a video game into an eSport. The full interview should be up on the site soon enough.
So even if you're already an expert on Starcraft, the video is still pretty interesting. Just like they say in the show, Starcraft is a great "gateway" to get non-gamers into games, and maybe with the help of a bit of video, you can get some skeptics to start playing.
