dignitas Dota 2 ceases operation

Following two weeks of inactivity and a series of unsuccessful performances before that, the Romanian veterans around Alexandru 'ComeWithMe' Craciunescu have been released from duty at Team Dignitas today.

Having started their endeavours in Dota 2 as the Poor Happy Guys, dignitas secured the team's services in late autumn last year, shortly after their triumph in the $950 heavy insideDOTA Invitational.


CWM, Coco, Freezer, Zizou, S0ny, Lyon

Since then, the lineup worked their way up to an intermediate third place in our ranking, continued to appear in most online tournaments and almost made it to the Dota 2 Star Championship, however could not maintain their success from earlier days over the long run.

Recent weeks did not bring the best of dignitas to light. The team only appeared in The Premier League 2, won a total of two from their last ten matches overall and remain chasing a spot among the top ten.
