It wasn't that long ago since the 7th edition of Intel Challenge SuperCup, the first edition featuring top level DotA, finished with Meet Your Makers on top. Yesterday the very last games of the 8th edition's initial phase finished. 32 teams competed in eight different groups, where two teams per group have emerged successful and will move on to the next phase. Like last season, the next phase is a new groupstage with these 16 teams.

The draw for the next groupstage will be done live by v1lat on ASUS this upcoming weekend and the play week will kick off on the 31st of May.
