China will soon finally experience the joys of MLBB

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang could soon be adding a new region into its repertoire, as approval for China has come.

For some time Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has taken the MOBA world by storm, if only in the mobile market. The game has enjoyed many years in the limelight, with the Southeast Asia region being the pinnacle of its focus. From massive tournaments like the M-series and the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup(MSC), down to the Mobile Legends Professional League(MPL) in multiple regions MLBB has taken over many parts of the world. With the game spreading to other regions more recently thanks to Moonton, such as America and the Middle East and North Africa, now Moonton has received its approval to move the spectacular game into a new region – one that could really see the game take over the mobile market completely.

The National Press and Publication Administration in China has approved the licensing of what is basically Mobile Legends in the country. The game has been entitled The Pinnacle of Decisive Victory for the region’s release under the specific laws and this comes on the back of the 23 March approval of the Mobile Legends idle RPG in China.

It might still take quite some time until China join the MLBB ecosystem, but Moonton has been working on getting the entire globe into this fantastic game. It will be interesting to see if China can dominate the ML market as it has in other mobile games. While MLBB may currently be a SEA-dominated game we have begun to see other regions begin to climb (such as a few teams from North and South America causing big upsets). For now, we await the game's full release in China and from there we are sure Moonton will slowly enrich the region with its own MPL tournament.

While this is a big deal, the Chinese market is difficult to break into and we will have to closely monitor the Pinnacle of Decisive Victory to see if it does take off in China in the coming months. We will keep you up to date on any further information on this once it becomes available.
